    The Director of the Private Education Office in the Ministry of Education branch in the Eastern Region, Awad bin Muhammad Al-Maliki, praised the incredible support that private education receives from the wise government represented by the Ministry of Education, citing the step of His Excellency the Minister of Education Youssef bin Abdullah Al-Bunyan to launch the Saudi Business Center in the Ministry of Education, which will provide business services For investors in the private education sector.​

    This came during the educational meeting for owners of private, international, and foreign schools, which was organized by the Asharqia Chamber represented by the Training and Education Committee on Thursday 29 / December / 2022, as it touched on the reality of private education in the Eastern Region, and the role it plays in contributing and active partnership in raising the percentage of private sector participation. The educational sector is one of the developmental service sectors and is one of the objectives of the Kingdom's Vision 2030. 

    During the meeting, which was moderated by the Chairman of the Committee, Khaled bin Hammoud Al-Juwaira, Al-Maliki touched on the most important components of the educational entity, and the elements of its success, stability, and sustainability stressing the support and care that the wise government gives to the education sector and its keenness to raise the percentage of private sector participation in educational investment.

    Al-Maliki reviewed several evaluation criteria for private and international schools, in addition to the support services that are provided to beneficiaries in the education sector. Al-Maliki also called for the importance of the participation of those concerned in the private, international and foreign education sectors in the survey presented for the draft regulation of private education in the Kingdom on a survey platform that outlines the features of the future of private education in the Kingdom.​​
